Registration and Event Policies

It is agreed that all persons who enter for exhibition and competition purposes in the show will abide by the rules set forth by the show management. It is also agreed that neither the show producer nor the owners of the grounds in which the show is held, shall be responsible to me for personal injury, damage or theft of any part of my entry or display. All Shows are rain or shine, no refunds.

No promotion and/or advertising is allowed with entries unless they are appearing in conjunction with paid vendor space. A single sign may be used to identify your model of vehicle, history of restoration etc. No political signs or photos of candidates on your vehicle or display. You may place a FOR SALE sign on your vehicle if it is registered and entered in the show. Otherwise you must park in the “Car Corral” for a fee.

Please refrain from using pop-up tents or canopies at the event unless prior approval is given from show management. If permission has been granted, tent/canopy must be properly weighted and secured to ensure safety of attendees and vehicles. Owner of tent assumes responsibility.

No music is to be played except by management or a D.J. hired by Judge’s Car & Truck Shows, the host club or organization.
