Registration and Event Policies
It is agreed that all persons who enter for exhibition and competition purposes in the show will abide by the rules set forth by the show management. It is also agreed that neither the show producer nor the owners of the grounds in which the show is held, shall be responsible to me for personal injury, damage or theft of any part of my entry or display. All Shows are rain or shine, no refunds.
No promotion and/or advertising is allowed with entries unless they are appearing in conjunction with paid vendor space. A single sign may be used to identify your model of vehicle, history of restoration etc. No political signs or photos of candidates on your vehicle or display. You may place a FOR SALE sign on your vehicle if it is registered and entered in the show. Otherwise you must park in the “Car Corral” for a fee.
Please refrain from using pop-up tents or canopies at the event unless prior approval is given from show management. If permission has been granted, tent/canopy must be properly weighted and secured to ensure safety of attendees and vehicles.Tent is only to be used to cover the registered show vehicle, if another space is used then a DISPLAY ONLY fee must be paid. Owner of tent assumes responsibility.
Due to safety and regulations you are not permitted to leave before the show is over. Vehicles will not be allowed to move within the venue while the event is in progress.
No music is to be played except by management or a D.J. hired by Judge’s Car & Truck Shows, the host club or organization.
Vendor RegistrationPolicies
Please arrive onsite no later than 8AM (or otherwise specified by event coordinator) to begin setup. Vendors coming in late may not be aloud to set up. Vendors are required to check-in at the registration tent to confirm their arrival. All vehicles must be out of barricaded area by 9AM (or otherwise specified by event coordinator). Event times for each show vary. You cannot drive vehicles back into barricaded area until event has ended.
The collection and reporting of Florida and Georgia sales tax is required by the state. This is the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors are not permitted to add additional items or services outside of the items that are listed on this application. The event manager reserves the right to require that any items not approved in advance be removed from sale. Judge’s Car & Truck Shows and Venue Host also reserves the right to refuse any application.
Your signature/electronic signature confirms that you have read and understand the vendor rules and regulations. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Judge’s Car & Truck Shows and Venue Host, representatives, committees, sponsors and volunteers from personal liability, damages and claims, suffered or incurred during the event. This is a rain or shine event. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
This application, its information and fees are confidential. Any disclosure of this application’s content to any party other than event and/or vendor coordinator will result in a loss of vendor’s future participation in events and a forfeiture of any deposits made.
* Photocopies of proof of insurance and pertinent licensing must be included with application and displayed at booth. Vendors must follow all Health Department and Fire Marshall requirements .
